We carry common parts on the van, so most jobs are fixed same visit. If we need a specific part or it's a bigger job than expected, we'll make the area safe, isolate the problem, and book a return visit. You only pay once the work's done and you're happy with it.
Is your work guaranteed?
Our 12-month guarantee is included with our membership plan. If you're not a member, we'll still stand by our work, but the formal guarantee is a membership benefit. Ask about it when you call.
Do I need to be home?
For most jobs, yes. We'll need access to the problem area, the stop cock, and sometimes other parts of the house. If it's an outside drain, we might be able to work without you there, but we prefer to discuss the job with you first.
