Check the thermostat is set above room temperature

If the thermostat is set to 15°C and the room is already 16°C, the boiler won't fire. Dial it up to 22°C. If it then fires, the thermostat is fine.

If your heating is on a timer, confirm it's set to allow heating at this time of day. Timers get accidentally set to 'off' or the wrong time. Check the display, if unsure, switch it to 'on' manually.

Check the boiler pilot light

Is the small pilot flame lit on the boiler front? If not, try relighting it, instructions are on the boiler door. If it goes out again, stop and call us.
